Your documents, on your terms.
ProcureDC holds the evidence suppliers would not send to just anyone. Here is how the platform keeps it with the right people.
How the platform protects you
Every organisation is admitted by a person
There is no public sign-up. Our team creates each organisation after a webinar and a quote, and each member joins through an emailed activation link.
Each side only sees the other
A buyer never sees other buyers and a supplier never sees other suppliers. The directory only works across the line. This is enforced by the platform, not left to a setting.
Documents open only when the supplier says so
Buyers read a supplier's PQQ, but its documents and commercially sensitive answers stay hidden until the supplier grants that buyer access. Access can be revoked at any time.
Verity is scoped to the person asking
Verity sees exactly what the person asking it is allowed to see. The filter is applied on our server before Verity reads anything, so a question cannot widen it.
Your data does not train AI models
Verity runs on Amazon Bedrock, which does not use your prompts, documents or answers to train models.
Files are private by default
Uploaded documents are kept in private storage and served through short-lived links to people allowed to see them.
Card payments go through Stripe
You pay on Stripe's own secure page. Card details never reach ProcureDC.
Changes to who you are go through your admin
A member's name, email and job title change only with their organisation admin's approval, and a new email address must be verified.
Report a security concern
If you think you have found a vulnerability, or something on your account looks wrong, email support@procuredc.com with “Security” in the subject. Please do not include passwords or documents in the email.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Common questions are in the FAQs.
