Buy on one project. Supply on the next.

Plenty of organisations in a data centre build do both: a contractor that buys equipment, a consultant that supplies advice and buys services. ProcureDC covers both sides.

The dual journey

Tell us in your demo request that you buy and supply. Use either form; the request reaches the same team.

  1. 1

    Tell us both sides

Say in your demo request that your organisation buys on some projects and supplies on others.

  2. 2

    One webinar, both sides

We walk you through the buyer side and the supplier side together.

  3. 3

    Agree the set-up

We agree with you how your organisation is set up for the work it does.

  4. 4

    Qualify what you supply

Your supplier side answers the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and is scored out of 5.

  5. 5

    Search what you buy

Your buyer side searches pre-qualified suppliers, runs Matchmaking and asks Verity.

Each side works the way it does for everyone else.

A buyer never sees other buyers and a supplier never sees other suppliers. The directory only works across the line.

When you buy

  • Search pre-qualified suppliers, run Matchmaking or ask Verity
  • Read each supplier's PQQ and its score out of 5
  • Request the full PQQ, then message the supplier

When you supply

  • Answer the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire once
  • A person scores it out of 5
  • Appear in buyer searches and decide who sees your documents

More detail on each side: for buyers and for suppliers.
