Cancellation and Refund Policy - ProcureDC
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. About This Policy
This policy explains how to cancel a ProcureDC subscription and when MissionProcure Solutions Ltd gives refunds. It forms part of our Subscription Terms at procuredc.com/subscription-terms.
ProcureDC is sold only to businesses. Consumer cancellation rights, such as the 14-day right to cancel an online purchase, do not apply.
2. How to Cancel
One of your organisation's administrators can cancel your subscription by emailing support@procuredc.com, naming the organisation. Cancellation is handled by our team and cannot be done on the platform itself.
When we record your cancellation, your organisation's administrators are told the date it takes effect, and told again on that date, on the platform and by email unless they have turned those emails off.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period in which we receive your notice, so you keep full access for the period you have paid for.
To stop the next renewal invoice, your notice must reach us before your renewal date. Notice received on or after the renewal date takes effect at the end of the new billing period, and that period's invoice remains payable.
If your quotation sets a minimum term, a cancellation cannot take effect before the end of that term.
No renewal invoices are issued after a cancellation takes effect. Invoices already issued remain payable.
4. After Cancellation
Once a cancellation takes effect, your organisation becomes read-only. Its users can still sign in and see its data, but cannot:
- Use Verity, our AI assistant.
- Send messages.
- Invite users or reactivate users.
- Request access to a supplier's PQQ.
- Buy add-ons, such as extra licences or storage.
To reactivate a cancelled subscription, contact support@procuredc.com. Reactivation needs a new subscription and a new invoice.
To ask for a copy of your data, or for your personal data to be erased, contact privacy@procuredc.com.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees and add-on payments are non-refundable, except:
- Where the law requires a refund.
- Where we end your subscription without cause: we refund the fees paid for the part of the billing period after it ends.
- Where we have charged you in error, such as a duplicate payment or a wrong amount: we refund or credit the amount charged in error.
We do not give partial refunds or credits for the rest of a billing period when you cancel, for licences or storage you no longer use, or for any time your organisation was read-only because an invoice was unpaid.
6. How Refunds Are Paid
We pay refunds through our payment processor, Stripe, to the original payment method where possible. Where VAT was charged, the refund includes the VAT on the refunded amount.
If you think you have been charged in error, contact support@procuredc.com and quote the invoice number.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
