Questions, answered.

How to join, how the PQQ is scored, what Verity does, how your data stays confidential and how billing works.

Getting started

How do I join ProcureDC?

Request a demo from the buyers or suppliers page. We run a webinar so you can see the platform properly and, if it fits, we quote you.

Once the quote is agreed, our team creates your organisation and your admin account and emails you an activation link.

Can I sign up myself?

No. Every organisation on ProcureDC is admitted by a person on our team. That is what lets buyers trust who they find here.

I already have an account. How do I sign in?

Use Sign in at the top of any page. If you have forgotten your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the email.

What happens after my organisation is set up?

You activate your account, pay your first invoice and complete your profile. Buyers then complete a short registration; suppliers complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.

We aim to review a buyer registration within 2 to 3 business days.

The PQQ and scores

What is the PQQ?

The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is one questionnaire per supplier. It asks for what a buyer would otherwise chase by email, and for the evidence behind each answer. Documents are uploaded, not asserted.

Who scores it?

A person on our team reads every answer. Where an answer needs more, they raise a clarification and the supplier answers it in place. The questionnaire is then scored out of 5.

Approval is what puts a supplier in front of buyers.

What can a buyer see before the supplier grants access?

A buyer can read a supplier's PQQ, except its documents and commercially sensitive answers. Those stay hidden until the supplier grants that buyer access, and the supplier can revoke it later.

Can a supplier correct its PQQ after approval?

Yes. The organisation's admin proposes a correction to the section that changed, and it appears on the live PQQ once our team approves it.

Verity, Matchmaking and AI

What is Verity?

Verity is the ProcureDC AI, live in the platform. Ask it questions in plain English and it answers from the platform data your organisation can see, as text, cards, a table or a chart.

Every answer lists its sources and carries an AI-generated label.

Does Verity score or approve suppliers?

No. Scores are given by a person on our team. Verity reads and cites; people keep the decisions.

What is Matchmaking?

A guided brief for when you know the job but not the names. It asks what kind of supplier you need, where, in which industries and what they must do, then shows, supplier by supplier, which of your requirements are evidenced.

The order follows how many requirements were evidenced. It is not a ranking or a recommendation.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Verity runs on Amazon Bedrock, which does not use your prompts, documents or answers to train models.

Data and confidentiality

How do we keep your data confidential?

Buyers never see other buyers and suppliers never see other suppliers. A supplier's documents stay closed until the supplier grants a buyer access, and access can be revoked.

Verity sees exactly what the person asking it is allowed to see. Card payments are taken by Stripe, so card details never reach ProcureDC. The Security page has the detail.

Who can see my organisation?

Only the other side of the market: buyers see suppliers, and suppliers see buyers. Our own team sees what it needs to review and support you.

Billing

How is ProcureDC priced?

Your price, user licences and storage are agreed in a quotation call after the webinar. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in pounds sterling (GBP), and prices exclude VAT.

How do I pay?

By card on a secure Stripe page, from the platform or from the invoice email. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue the organisation becomes read-only until it is paid.

Can we add users or storage later?

Yes. Organisation admins buy extra licences and message storage in the platform.
